A. INFORMATION COLLECTION

Synergy does not collect information about you as a requirement to navigate a majority of the Site. However, Synergy does collect some information about you to handle your requests. Example requests include registering for events using the Site, requesting a demonstration of Synergy products, requesting further information about Synergy products, and ordering Synergy products.

The information that Synergy collects are usually your business contact information, including your name and e-mail address, as well as your title, company name and address, and telephone number. Synergy may also collect your credit card information and other purchasing and business information, as well. The exact information collected may vary, depending on your particular request.

Periodically, Synergy may send you information about its various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you.
